The National Turfgrass Evaluation Programs tests from 1991-1995 validate the attributes of these specialty zoysia grasses. Palisades™ Zoysia is noted for being more shade and drought tolerant than its sister variety, Meyers Zoysia. And it requires less fertilizer.
